Brachioplasty / Arm lift
Need to know: Arm lift is a surgery done with general anesthesia which lasts approximately 2 hours. We want to remove the excess of skin, so some scars are necessary. The number will depend on the quantity of material to be removed.
The incision can be performed on the armpit and it can be extended, depending on the excess to be removed.
Through the incision, we perform a liposuction to allow the rear movement of skin and we remove the excess of skin. After the surgery, patients must wear a compression bandage to avoid swelling and bruises. They will be able to resume normal life after two weeks, but they cannot lift weight.
